What to look for when comparing EMDR tools

EMDR tools differ in more than price. When you compare, check:

• Client friction: can clients join without creating an account?
• Smoothness: is the moving dot fluid on a normal laptop or phone?
• Control: can you adjust the session live, remotely and in person?
• Privacy: what is stored and what is tracked? See our privacy checklist.
• Visual field: is there a way to widen it, such as VR?
• Pricing clarity: is there a trial, and are all features included in one plan?

Prices of other products change, so check their current pricing pages directly rather than relying on a third-party comparison.
