A fully customizable EMDR therapy tool that works across mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop screens.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy designed to alleviate the distress associated with severe traumatic memories. It uses bilateral stimulation, like eye movements and/or audio, to help the brain reprocess these memories, reducing their lingering emotional impact.
EMDR Pro operates with strict medical confidentiality. The EMDR Pro client-side application resides on an isolated page containing zero analytics trackers, cookies, or third-party tracking configurations.
Your client joins your bespoke EMDR session simply by clicking a link shared by you. EMDR Pro works well with most video solutions, for example Zoom.
You can control your client's EMDR session using EMDR Pro on your phone like a remote control.
If the client does not have a wide enough screen for effective EMDR, they can avail of EMDR Pro FullSweep® VR by placing their smartphone in a VR headset. See the FAQ for more information.
We built this tool with three core principles in mind:
We believe mental health tools should be private by default. EMDR Pro retains no client personal data - ensuring total privacy for every session.
We kept the design intentionally simple. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to start a session. Whether you are on a phone or laptop, you can get a custom EMDR session up and running for your client anywhere in the world in just seconds.
We know that a smooth tracking dot is essential for an effective EMDR session. Unlike other online tools that can lag or stutter, our custom animation algorithm guarantees a perfectly fluid, distraction-free experience for your clients.
Run online EMDR sessions alongside any video call. Your client joins with one link.
A privacy checklist for therapists, and how EMDR Pro keeps client data private.
Give clients a full-width visual field with a low-cost smartphone VR headset.
Control the BLS on your client's computer from your phone while keeping eye contact.
