The therapist clicks the 'Invite Client' button which generates a link to a private treatment room. The therapist shares this link with the client. When the therapist clicks the 'Start EMDR' button, the client is synchronized instantly and sees the same EMDR session as the therapist in real-time.

No. EMDR Pro is entirely browser-based. Clients click the session link provided by their therapist, and the session opens directly in a standard web browser like Chrome, Safari, or Edge. There are no apps to install or accounts to create.

Clients need a laptop or desktop computer with a functional webcam, a microphone, and a stable internet connection. A sufficiently sized screen is required to track the visual light bar. Headphones are highly recommended if auditory Bilateral Stimulation (BLS) is used.

EMDR Pro features built-in digital BLS tools. The therapist uses a control panel to adjust the speed, color, path, and size of a visual moving target on the client's screen. They can also activate synchronized alternating audio tones for clients wearing headphones. All adjustments happen in real-time.
